Event Terms and Conditions:

Cosmos Theatre; within the scope of promotion, marketing and advertising activities, it carries out general video recording and live broadcasting activities in the venue. The participant is aware of the fact that general footage is recorded at the venue and that his/her own images can be taken during these shootings, whether or not with the general audience, and gives permission/approval to the recording of their images in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846, and acknowledges that the relevant organizer has the right to freely use these recordings without the need for a separate permission.

Food and beverages brought from outside will not be accepted into the hall.

Pets are not allowed inside the hall.

Sound systems in the venue may cause temporary hearing problems.

Light patterns in the venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.

It is forbidden to enter the venue with professional audio and video equipment (video camera and camera).

Smoking/using tobacco products in the closed areas of the Cosmos Theater is strictly prohibited as per the Law No. 4207. Those who do not comply with this rule will be taken out of the activity area without warning and tickets will not be refunded.

Cosmos Theatre, to protect and ensure the health and safety of the participants as well as the peace and order in the internal functioning of the facility, etc. has the right not to admit people who are not suitable for the event to the venue by refunding their ticket price.

Children under the age of 8 can attend the event accompanied by a parent or a guardian. Children aged 0-2.99 can attend the event free of charge.

Guests between the ages of 3-11.99 are priced as children, and guests over the age of 12 are priced as adults.

The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.

The organizer reserves the right to change the event time.

It is strongly recommended to be ready at the entrance with the ticket at least 15 mins before the event start time.

 

 

Ticket Cancellation Process:

 

Full refund is applicable 15 days before the day of the event, %50 refund is applicable 14 to 7 days before the concert and no refund can be issued 6-0 days before the concert.

 

In case of the organization cancellation, the full fee will be refunded.

 

Credit card commission is deducted from return fees.
